Somebody please take the canned pumpkin away from me. Things are getting serious, I’m on pumpkin overload.
First, I made this Pumpkin Spice Latte. (the Starbuck’s versions aren’t vegan, even if ordered with soymilk!)
Then, I made some pumpkin scones. And now onto the oats. No food is safe.
Bwahahahaha. Need more pumpkin.
Pumpkin Pie Oats
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup pure pumpkin
- Drop vanilla
- Good sprinkling of cinnamon
- Dash nutmeg & ginger
- Sweetener of choice (I used stevia)
- Toasted walnuts (toasting not necessary, but definitely worth it)
- Dried Cranberries
