Strawberry-Banana Overnight Oats

Yes it is getting colder, a lot colder. But I am trying to get a few more weeks of my favorite breakfast foods in before I give up completely. For now I’m drinking all the smoothies I can and enjoying my oats cold before I have to start eating them hot. Enjoy.

Strawberry-Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 scoop raw, vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • handful of strawberries, sliced

Mix first four ingredients until well incorporated, stir in banana and strawberries. Let sit in fridge a overnight and enjoy cold in the morning!

    • I like plumpy…gonna have to start using that!! I will miss my ONOs and will probably relapse mid-winter and have to eat them by the fireplace with full on sweats on. Alas, the things we do for love.
