Weekly Workouts 8.3 – 8.9

A day (or two) late and a dollar short. Story of my life 🙂


 Sunday – Easy 2 mile run followed by the Bikini Body 2 Routine. I waited until the hottest part of the day to it it (No A/C in our house!) and this was a mistake fo’ sho. I don’t do the heat.

Monday – did an outdoor bootcamp/HIIT/fun workout with a coworker. We did a lot of sprinting with some plyo moves mixed in like burpees, jumping lunges, low jacks. Plus bootcamp style moves like walking lunges, mighty mikes, planks, pushups. We also prancercised for our recovery bits.  It was soooo hot outside we only lasted 25 minutes but my legs were still tired. Nice to take it outside. We a

Tuesday – yoga//resting to prep for our trip

Wednesday – 12 mile hike, 6 of which was BRUTAL. Woowee  my buns were burning (full hike recap coming soon)

Thursday – 10 mile hike, 5ish of which was downhill. Hello quads.

Friday – 10 mile hike. Easy hike, just long. My dogs were barking.

Saturday – the gentlest stretching you could imagine. I was stiff!
