Hello there! Weekly Workouts is a new page I’ve created where I will track my exercises each week. I didn’t want to do a new post every week so I figured I could do daily updates here for those interested. I’ll update each day with my workout and then clear it all out and start over on Mondays.
Just assume I also walk the dogs a mile every day even though I may not note it…trust me, it happens!
Week of March 30
Monday – 2 mile walk with my pops
Tuesday – not a damn thing!
Wednesday – 3 mile hike for Hula’s Birthday
Thursday – nothing again, wasn’t feeling well
Friday – extra 2.5 mile walk with the pups cause it felt so good outside. Plus Love Your Body Kettlebells routine from Tone It Up
